Founder
The platform comes from software experience and years of training.
UpsSkills reflects a trainer’s view of what students repeatedly struggle with: understanding, practice, continuity and technical explanation.
Arun Kumar B is a technology professional and trainer with experience across software development, enterprise integration, backend systems, full-stack technologies and AI-focused learning solutions.
His professional background includes work with IBM, Mphasis and HP, along with TIBCO BusinessWorks certification. The teaching approach used at UpsSkills is centred on practical learning, hands-on coding, project work and clear technical explanation.
UpAskAI grew from the same thinking: learners should have a way to continue asking, revising and exploring technical topics beyond a single classroom session.
